Npower Requirements

The scheme is open to youths between the age of 18 and 35.

Besides, interested applicants are to visit its website at www.portal.npower.gov.ng to register.

Applicants will supply bank details as well as BVN to guarantee accountability.

Monthly Stipend

Npower participants receive a N30,000 stipend every month with gadgets that will aid their skill acquisition programs.

Batch A Enrolment

The Batch A enrolment for the scheme started on 12th June 2016, and 350,000 youths registered successfully.

Out of 350,000 that applied, 200,000 applicants passed the online assessment test for selection.

Batch A beneficiaries started work on 1st December 2016 and they were supposed to spend 24 months. However, they spent 43 months.

Batch B Enrolment

The Batch B enrolment started on 13th June 2017, and 2,543,079 participants registered.

After the online test, 300, 000 youths scaled through. They started work on 1st August 2018 and spent 24 months.

Batch C Enrolment

The enrolment for Batch C started on 26th June 2020, and more than three million Nigerian youths registered.

The Federal Government promised to engage one million applicants for this batch.

Successful candidates will receive a congratulatory message through the deployment tab of the website, www.nasims.gov.ng. The deployment date is September 2022.
